If you're already involved with CACV, how?

Artist, Programmer

When have you created community through the arts?

My introduction to Vancouver community arts was the first Heart of the City Play (Vancouver Moving Theatre). I worked in the props department with great group of talented people.

Why are the community arts important?

It enables people to make art in the company of friends and neighbours. My art often stagnates in isolation.

What is CACV doing currently that most interests you?

I think it is challenging local artists to take more risks. They seem to be asking its members to venture into unkown territories.

What are your hopes and dreams for CACV?

I hope that its members will continue to share their gifts with each other. I see CACV as the container for the next wave of authentic art in Vancouver.
