Event Description

The Shiny Collective is a group of creative and award winning children’s entertainers; Gogo Bonkers, The Lost & Found Puppet Company, The Ta-Daa Lady, Juno award winning Peter Puffin and Vixn Seven.
Together they aim to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families by helping them connect and interact with artists and individuals in their community about sustainability and socially conscious ideas, concepts, and growth. Oh, and have a whole bunch of fun doing it!

The Shiny Collective noticed from their years of travelling and performing all over the world, that something was missing in the children’s areas at festivals. There wasn’t enough magical theatre, adventure, or interactive workshops, so they designed a traveling festival that is unlike any other festival. The Shiny Kids Family Festival is a holistic festival that will entertain, educate and instill in children hope, adventure and wonder. Children will experience giant inflatable sculptures and eco-arts maze, amazing workshops, and live theatrical performances full of marvelous songs, stories, costumed characters and puppets.
